The Gideon’s Bakehouse team just made their savory spinoff official at The Landing, and opening day comes with a collectible raven-crest pin for every guest who makes a purchase.

Step into The Landing at Disney Springs and the dark wood facade of Six Ravens' grand opening today. We think it already feels like a story waiting to be told.

The crowned raven shield hangs above the door, the gothic lettering on the sign catches the Florida light, and inside the small storefront the team that brought us Gideon’s Bakehouse is serving something entirely different: hand pies they call Coffyns.

“Coffyn” is the old medieval word for hand pie, and each one here is a house-made yeast roll sealed around a savory filling and paired with a dipping sauce developed with local Orlando spots.

The Peasant’s Patty brings a classic cheeseburger with American cheese and dill pickle bits inside a sesame-seed roll, paired with Pink Salamander sauce. The Villain of Valentina holds basil pesto chicken, balsamic tomatoes, and garlic under herb panko, finished with Bruno’s Garlic Knot Juice. The Wizard’s Wonder layers mac and cheese, pickled poblanos, and BBQ pulled pork. The Imperial Idol goes mildly spicy with chicken, potato, and carrot coconut curry. There is a Parmesan-smothered grilled cheese with tomato jam, a vegetarian Forager’s Find with roasted sweet potatoes and black bean corn salsa, and a morning Rooster’s Roar when they have it.

Every Coffyn is $10.96 and includes its suggested sauce. Add Tale Teller Tatties—baked smashed potatoes with honey mustard—for $8.66, or finish with The Tart’s Tempest, a Gideon’s chocolate chip cookie tart with fudge and raspberry jam, for $7.66. House root beer and a short list of local beers round out the menu.

The shop has been in soft opening since early August, but today is the official Grand Opening Congregation. Starting at 10 a.m., every guest who makes a purchase receives a free collectible pin featuring the heraldic raven crest on a red-and-black card, while supplies last. Early arrivals may also claim a “regal crown” for guests of noble spirit—the team has not spelled out exactly what that means, so the line forms early.

The name nods to the Tower of London, where ravens are still kept and the legend says the kingdom falls if they ever leave. Six Ravens leans into that lore with “Seek the Six” and a dark-fantasy atmosphere that still feels welcoming for a quick bite between Disney Springs shops. Walk-up only, no reservations, and they use a virtual queue when the line gets long—same system that works next door at Gideon’s.

If you are collecting pins or simply hunting a handheld savory that tastes better than it has any right to, Six Ravens is worth the stop today. The pin is limited, the Coffyns are hot, and the story is just getting started.
