Supernatural vs. Scientific

At ParaHouse, we love exploring the fringes of possibility, but we also respect the razor of reason. Supernatural theories—ghostly encounters, interdimensional shifts, or alien interventions—thrive on the gaps in evidence, feeding our desire for wonder. Yet, these are experienced by so many that we cannot ignore them.

Here are some explanations as to why these cases often crumble under scrutiny:
Lack of Physical Evidence: No credible artifacts support alien or paranormal involvement in these cases and so they go marked as such.
Human Psychology: Fear, isolation, and the unknown amplify our tendency to see the supernatural where mundane causes suffice.
Scientific Plausibility: Natural phenomena like methane eruptions, rogue waves, or navigational errors align with known physics and historical context.
That said, I have had my own paranormal experiences that an non-experiencer would probably roll their eyes at me. But that doesn't deter me from investigating and reporting them!
Let's face it, the allure of the unknown keeps these mysteries alive. Could a rare, undiscovered phenomenon—like a transient wormhole or electromagnetic anomaly—explain some cases? Science hasn’t ruled out every possibility, but extraordinary claims demand extraordinary evidence.
Why These Mysteries Endure
The last couple of weeks we have written blog posts about the Bermuda Triangle, Mary Celeste, and Flannan Isles captivate us because they challenge our understanding of the world. They remind us that, even in an age of satellites and AI, the universe still holds secrets.
At ParaHouse, we embrace both the thrill of the unknown and the rigor of reason, inviting you to ponder: Are these vanishings the work of forces beyond our grasp, or simply the chaos of nature and human error?
